(1) A University shall be established for conducting higher education in Sanskrit.

(2) The University shall be an incorporated body with unbroken succession. For this work, it will have its own seal and it will be able to acquire, enjoy, mortgage and sell movable and immovable property. It will be able to file a nullity complaint in its own name and also file a nullity complaint in the same name.

(3) The central office of the university will be in Dang.
